The 2023 accounts for the STCE group of companies have now been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The main society accounts are for the period April 1st 2023 to 31st December 2023 as we changed our year end after the 2023 year to the end of December to fall in line with the Twemlows companies were were purchasing.
The consolidated accounts (which include figures from our 4 subsidiary companies associated with Twemlows) only include figures for the subsidiaries from 15th Dec 2023 to 31st Dec 2023 as we only purchased these on the 15th Dec, plus the full 9 months of the society’s own accounts.
The four subsidiaries,
Community Energy Twemlows CIC,
Community Energy Twemlows 2 CIC,
Twemlows Hold Co
and CORE Taurus,
all have their own complete 2023 accounts which have been submitted to Companies House.
The society and consolidated accounts (plus the two Twemlows CIC accounts) have been audited by Alanbrookes Ltd.
